Prior to founding Arthena Advisors, he held key positions at EY and KPMG within their Mergers & Acquisitions and Transaction Advisory practices. His professional journey also includes significant roles at PwC, BDO, RSM Astute, and Bhuta Shah & Co., where he specialized in tax and regulatory services.
Throughout his career, Mehul has advised a wide array of clients, including large listed and unlisted corporates and multinational organizations across sectors such as Media, Infrastructure, IT, Fintech, Telecom, and Pharma.
His diverse experience spans marquee transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, buy/sell-side advisory, corporate restructuring, inbound and outbound investments, succession planning, and complex tax and regulatory issues under SEBI, FEMA, Companies Act, and Stamp Duty legislations.
Mehul is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.

enabling businesses to navigate complex financial and regulatory landscapes
with ease.
Vandana brings in-depth expertise in IBC support, corporate advisory, and
bank audits.
Vandana has worked extensively with leadership teams of listed multinationals
and SMEs,earning a reputation for delivering on client commitments.
A Fellow Member of the ICAI, she holds a Diploma - Master in Business
Finance (MBF) from ICAI, Vandana is a Commerce graduate and is a certified
QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Vandana currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of several
reputed public companies.
